Recognition, access, and participation.
Membership in the Alchemy Founder Program is a service and recognition program. It does not provide equity, debt, dividends, profit share, revenue share, yield, treasury rights, binding governance authority, or an investment return. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Founder designation: “Founder” is a membership recognition designation and does not confer legal founder, officer, employee, ownership, equity, or governance status in Alchemy Innovation Manufacturing LLC.
Lifetime: Lifetime refers to the accepted member’s natural lifetime while Alchemy Innovation Manufacturing LLC or an authorized successor continues operating the Founder Program. Discontinued benefits may be replaced with benefits of reasonably comparable service value.
